Here are a few I’ve had that I haven’t heard:

Vertigo (only 3 times in the past 3 years, but wow!!!)

Ringing in the ears

Frozen shoulder

Optical migraines

Burning tongue sometimes when eating vinegar or pickles

Plus many of the others I have heard. I feel like a hypochondriac when I start listing systems. I rarely shared all of them with my doctor, because I felt like who would believe all these things are going on.

I’ve been on estradiol patch and oral progesterone for 7 weeks, and some things (night sweats, brain fog) are so much better. Other things like sleep are a little better but I’m still struggling. But I’m still gaining a lot of weight. Noticeably in the stomach.

What level should you be at to protect bones? Are you testing total estrogen or E2 Estradiol? Also, what should progesterone be to be the correct ratio of e to p?

Sorry I couldn’t catch your live event. I wish you the best of success reaching more people on your very important mission. I am a man who has been on androgen deprivation therapy for cancer treatment, which has resulted in me having almost every symptom of menopause. As a result, I write about menopause so that other men can understand what their wives/partners go through from a male perspective. My goal is not to change the world, but hopefully help women get the support that they need in perimenopause and beyond.

Thank you for all your wisdom which I’ve spread to women in my circles. Q: Do you recommend women consider HRT even without experiencing menopausal symptoms? I’m 50 perimenopausal but without debilitating or severe symptoms.

Thank you for bringing the menopause information to light, however as a 74 year old 2x breast cancer survivor, thyroid cancer survivor and having osteoporosis, I am so angry at the lack of treatment and care that I have received since my hysterectomy at age 38. I am recently under the care of a functional medicine provider who has started me on a vaginas estriole/DHEA/Progesterone cream as well as other supplements for bone health. Is it too late for me? I have added strength work to my exercise routine. I also suffer with tinnitus, mild vertigo, no libido and night sweats. Thank you for opening my eyes to realize that I am not crazy. I bought your book for my daughter's in hopes of raising their awareness of what is to come.

What are levels that are therapeutic for bone protection and dementia prevention? My doctor does not know and is not curious about knowing.

Future topics? Please focus on the millions of baby boomers denied the life saving HRT therapy because of the cancer lies! What can we do now? Is it true that there is an increased risk of heart attack and stroke by starting now? Why do I think this is just another lie? I’m subscribed but how do I get informed of your lives?

Oh my goodness! How I wish this data had been common decades ago! At 72 I’m the picture of of hrt depravation! It’s still not accepted!Licensed practitioners are still spouting the HRT/cancer lie (5 of them in my case) what can a girl do 2 decades past menopause? Help please!

Can you write about post menopause and alternatives when HRT is stopped? I feel invisible next to maternity care in my small community. I started having complications after 8 years on HRT. The follow up I got was so inadequate I just gave up. There doesn’t seem to be much discussion on this topic. Is there still a better life after HRT? This 64 year old would like to know.

Dr. Haver, for progesterone intolerance, would be great to have an FDA approved micronized progesterone in a suppository form. A suppository that is locally delivered to the uterus, and effectively absorb to protect the uterine lining. Through your influence this can be possible. ✌️
