Our doctors (🇨🇦) are stuck in old thinking. We can’t get it unless we lie about having symptoms. Fortunately at 52 and 16 months post last period I have none. But I still believe it is useful and hoping that the people with the prescription pads listen to you!! 💙
How do you determine the best dose of estradiol for a particular woman? I’ve been at 0.05 mg/day with progesterone for the past year (and am taking all the supplements you recommend and doing heavy lifting 3-4 times a week), and my osteopenia has progressed to osteoporosis.
Oh my gosh ! To think my grandmothers lived to be 95 without all of these things and without breaking bones . Why is menopause now a “disease “ to be treated now ? I am so confused
Hi Dr. Haver, I’m curious if you could link to the bone study you referenced in your recent talk with Dr. McBride that discussing optimal estrogen levels for bone belated. (Prevention and increasing density). Thank you
Can’t say enough about how happy I am to have found you and your research. There isn’t enough research being done because “they” just don’t care about women’s healthcare. Why doesn’t anyone talk about this before you’re in the middle of it?! And even then!
You’ve become the P.T. Barnum of menopause — selling us the illusion of care while profiting from our symptoms. It’s not medicine. It’s marketing dressed as advocacy.
I’m not sure how many hearts here are open to the kind of erotic expression that breathes with the mystical—but I hope to find them. I write from that tender edge where sensuality meets soul, inspired by voices like Anaïs Nin and Pablo Neruda, whose words shimmer with passion, vulnerability, and devotion to beauty.
My intention is to offer essays, prose, and poetry that explore conscious erotica—writing that honors the body as holy, desire as sacred, and the erotic as a language of the divine. I wonder… is there room for this kind of expression here?
I welcome your reflections, your presence, your curiosity. Thank you for the kindness and warmth I’ve already felt in this space. This truly is a beautiful community, and I’m grateful to share a piece of my fire with you.
I have tried the patch and pills. It did helped for a while. Then I started to have more headache frequently. I stopped using them. My headache stopped. My sis went through the same thing that cause her calf swollen. It depends on each person’s.
Any options for those with high blood pressure? My GP won’t prescribe estrogen - my bp is 135/90. Hot flashes, heart pounding when they happen, no sleep after 1am for 7 years.
I've been menopausal since 2012 and have been told that it's too late for me to start hormone therapy at age 69. Do you think this is true?
love it! And THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH for giving us KNOWLEDGE
that we so desperately need to live and
THRIVE!!!

This is SUCH an important topic. Women have never been made a priority in healthcare and it’s far past time we are seen and understood.
🎶 I am now age 68
Feeling absolutely great
Never took no fucking pills
Didn’t have menopausal ills
Watched the list get very long
Telling women we can't be strong
“symptoms” up (to 37 from six!)
Is that all menopause?
or big Pharma tricks? 🎶

What are your thoughts about Revaree Plus?
Do you think progesterone cream works just as well as oral?
